Registration fee

Registration Fees include:
• Access to the three days of Conference and one day of Workshops
• Field Trip
• Access to Welcome Cocktail at the Stazione Zoologica Anton Dohrn
• Coffee Breaks on the conference and Workshops dates,
• Final Social event at the DaDoM Museum
• Conference welcome package
The accompanying person fee includes:
• Access to Welcome Cocktail and to the Final Social event
• It does not include participation in the Conference Sessions and Workshops.
Cancellation policy :
Registered conference participants who cancel their registrations will receive a refund of the conference registration fee as follows:
Cancellation before 15 March : Refund of 80%.
Cancellation from 16 March to 15 April : Refund of 50%.
Cancellation from 16 April to 15 May : Refund of 30%.
Cancellation from 16 May : No refund is provided.
